I. How to Customize Your Sweater 
To order a custom-made garment, please contact our Customer Service with your height, weight, preferred color, body measurements (bust, waist, hips), and desired garment/sleeve length. We will coordinate the delivery schedule with you.
• Please Note: Custom pieces are final sale (non-returnable and non-exchangeable), though minor adjustments can be negotiated.
II. Size Recommendations 
If you have any questions regarding sizing, please provide your height and weight to our Customer Service for a personalized recommendation.
As body shapes vary, please refer to our Size Chart before purchasing:
• Tops: Primarily check shoulder width and bust.
• Bottoms: Primarily check waist and hips.
• Dresses: Primarily check bust, waist, and hips.
III. Washing & Care Tips
1. Color Separation: Please wash dark and light-colored fabrics separately.
2. Soaking: Use neutral detergent in room temperature water (below 30°C/86°F). Mix well, soak the garment for 3–5 minutes, then gently rub and rinse with fresh water 2–3 times.
3. Hand Wash Only: We strongly recommend hand washing for all handcrafted items. Avoid over-soaking.
4. Drying & Ironing: For best results, lay the garment flat to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area (avoid direct sunlight). Use a steam iron if needed (placing a cotton cloth between the iron and the garment is recommended).
5. Special Care: For silk or sequined fabrics, NEVER use a washing machine or tumble dryer. Gently hand-wring and lay flat to dry only.
